Russian Black Bread - ABM

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon onion dried
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder dark, unsweetened
1 cup rye flour dark
1 1/2 cups bread flour unbleached
1/2 cup oat bran
2 tablespoons caraway seeds optional
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry

Directions

Place first 8 ingredients in the breadmaker pan.

Stir to desolve coffee and disperse cocoa.

Add remaining ingerdients. Set for regular cycle and press start.

Makes a small, short loaf.
