African Vegetarian StewA delicious and hearty stew made with kohlrabies, sweet potatoes, chickpeas and raisins.
Ingredients
DirectionsParsnips may be substituted for the kohlrabi. Serve the couscous separately, if desired. Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
